Here in GoldenSponsor, we do not engage in any way of email advertising. Emails are only sent to our existing customers, in response to your questions, or similar relevant objectives. If you receive an unsolicited email promoting our site, chances are it have been sent by an affiliate.

Before promoting our website via email, all affiliates should contact us for approval. We ensure they are sending mail only to a legitimate opt-in list, and that their ads and mails are in agreement to federal Act CANSPAM 2003. Any affiliate that promotes our site without prior approval will have the suspension of his affiliate account and the profits will not be credited.

Our Anti-Spam Policy

We do not allow spamming of any kind. Anyone involved in spamming activities related to our site will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Our Affiliate Program Manager and our ISP, also have anti-spam policy very strict.

Our members are very conscious that we do not allow spamming, but occasionally someone comes negative and insists on promoting our site in this way. These people are immediately suspended from our system.
